Jeffrey A Law df3b6ab30e libstdc++.exp (test_libstdc++): Set LD_LIBRARY_PATH and SHLIB_PATH appropriately.
* lib/libstdc++.exp (test_libstdc++): Set LD_LIBRARY_PATH
        and SHLIB_PATH appropriately.
