	* Makefile.am: Update AM_CFLAGS.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate:
	* acinclude.m4: Add enable.m4 and cet.m4.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* configure.ac: Set CET_FLAGS. Update XCFLAGS.
