Matthias Klumpp 5207527785 Spawn KDE Debconf frontend if KDE is running 
Make pk-glib2 run a KDE frontend if it is installed
and KDE is running.
This will make it possible for KDE users to have nice
KDE dialogs displayed when using pkcon.
