Input: ads7846 - assorted updates

This updates the ads7846 touchscreen driver:
  - to allow faster clocking (this driver doesn't push sample rates);
  - bugfixes the conversion of spi_transfer to lists;
  - some dma-unsafe command buffers are fixed.
