[ALSA] fix improper CONFIG_SND_MAJOR usage

Modules: HWDEP Midlevel,PCM Midlevel,RawMidi Midlevel,ALSA Core

Replace usage of CONFIG_SND_MAJOR with snd_major, where appropriate.
