This patch adds the __parainstructions section to vmlinux.lds.S.
It's needed for the patching system.

Remove the dead .text.lock. Move _etext and __{start,stop}___ex_table
into their sections.

This patch consolidate all definitions of .init.text, .init.data
and .exit.text, .exit.data section definitions in
the generic vmlinux.lds.h.
This is a preparational patch - alone it does not buy
us much good.
