37a6ab5227 IB/ipath: Build IBA7220 code unconditionally
The new IBA7220 code added a call to ipath_init_iba7220_funcs() that
is compiled unconditionally, but only built the IBA7220 code if
PCI_MSI is enabled. Fix this by building the IBA7220 file
unconditonally.

This fixes build breakage when PCI_MSI=n, HT_IRQ=y and
INFINIBAND_IPATH=y reported by Ingo Molnar <mingo@elte.hu>:

 drivers/built-in.o: In function `ipath_init_one':
 ipath_driver.c:(.devinit.text+0x1e5bc): undefined reference to `ipath_init_iba7220_funcs'

124b4dcb1d IB/ipath: add calls to new 7220 code and enable in build
This patch adds the initialization calls into the new 7220 HCA files,
changes the Makefile to compile and link the new files, and code to
handle send DMA.

bd63104811 IB/ipath: Remove ipath_layer dead code
The ipath_layer.[ch] code was an attempt to provide a single interface
for the ipath verbs and ipath_ether code to use. As verbs
functionality increased, the layer's functionality became insufficient
and the verbs code broke away to interface directly to the driver.
The failed attempt to get ipath_ether upstream was the final nail in
the coffin and now it sits quietly in a dark kernel.org corner waiting
for someone to notice the smell and send it along to it's final
resting place. Roland Dreier was that someone -- this patch expands
on his work...

f2cbb660ed IB/ipath: Implement new verbs DMA mapping functions
This patch implements the interposing DMA mapping functions to allow
support for IOMMUs and remove the dependence on phys_to_virt() and
bus_to_virt().

e757bef270 [PATCH] IB/ipath - fix driver build for platforms with PCI, but not HT
The PCI Express and Hypertransport chip-specific source files should only
be built when the kernel has the capability of actually compiling them.

This fixes the driver build on, for example, ia64.

b1c1b6a30e IB/ipath: merge ipath_core and ib_ipath drivers
There is little point in keeping the two drivers separate, so we are
merging them.

eb9dc6f48d IB/ipath: More changes to support InfiniPath on PowerPC 970 systems
Ordering of writethrough store buffers needs to be forced, and we need
to use ifdef to get writethrough behavior to InfiniPath buffers, because
there is no generic way to specify that at this time (similar to code
in char/drm/drm_vm.c and block/z2ram.c).

373d991580 IB/ipath: Performance improvements via mmap of queues
Improve performance of userspace post receive, post SRQ receive, and
poll CQ operations for ipath by allowing userspace to directly mmap()
receive queues and completion queues. This eliminates the copying
between userspace and the kernel in the data path.
